Listen First
Every programme starts with conversations in the community to understand what is really needed.

Shenova Welfare Foundation was started by people who saw how one illness, one missed school year or one lost income can hold a family back for generations. We began with small health camps and school-kit drives, and today run year-round programmes in medical care, education and women empowerment.
Six commitments shape every decision we make, from choosing a village to spending a donation.
We meet every person with empathy and respect. Dignity is never traded for help.
We serve without regard to caste, religion, gender or background, and go first to those most left out.
Funds are used only for the purpose they were given, and every rupee is accounted for.
We track outcomes, not just activities, and build programmes that keep working after we leave.
Local volunteers and leaders shape our programmes, so solutions fit real needs.
We use resources carefully and invest in skills that keep paying back for years.
Shenova Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit. Our accounts are audited every year, our board reviews every programme, and all donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Meet Our Board
Every programme starts with conversations in the community to understand what is really needed.

Doctors, teachers, volunteers and local leaders work side by side to deliver help on the ground.

We record results, learn from them and report back openly to donors and communities.
Your support brings care, learning and opportunity to families who need it most.
