• Donations: name, email, mobile number, address, PAN and donation amount. Payment details (card, UPI, bank) are handled directly by Razorpay and never stored by us.
• Volunteer and contact forms: name, email, mobile number and the information you choose to share.
• Technical data: basic, anonymous usage data needed to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To process donations and issue 80G receipts.
• To file statutory returns with the Income Tax Department (for example Form 10BD), as required by law.
• To respond to your messages and volunteer applications.
• To send updates about our work, only if you have asked for them.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and process payments (such as Razorpay, Cloudflare and our email provider), and with government authorities when required by law.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Donation records are kept for as long as required under Indian tax laws.
