Use of the website

The content on this site is for general information about our work. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Donations

• All donations are voluntary and made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We currently accept donations only from Indian citizens and Indian sources. We do not accept foreign contributions.
• Donations are used for the charitable objectives of the foundation. Where you choose a specific purpose, we will make every effort to use the funds for that purpose. If it is fully funded, we may use the donation for other charitable work.
• Donations are eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the conditions of the Act. Providing an accurate PAN is required for the receipt.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by banks or payment providers.

All text, photos and logos on this site belong to Shenova Welfare Foundation unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
