Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shenova Welfare Foundation is grateful for every contribution. Because donations are used promptly for charitable work and 80G receipts are issued, donations are generally non-refundable.

When we will refund

• If an amount was deducted more than once for the same donation due to a technical error.
• If an incorrect amount was charged because of a technical error.
• If money was deducted but the payment failed and was not received by us (such amounts are usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days).

How to request a refund

Email info@shenovafoundation.org within 15 days of the donation with your name, date, amount and Razorpay payment ID. We will review your request within 7 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation

A one-time donation cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed. If a refund is approved, the 80G receipt issued for that donation will be cancelled.
